of your hire’s first-year base salary. A $36,000 salary is a $7,200 fee.

    No retainer, no monthly fee, nothing per candidate.

  • 90-day replacement

    If the hire doesn’t work out in the first 90 days, we run the search again at no charge.

  • Contract and payment, set up

    The contractor agreement and a guided setup of Deel, Wise or Payoneer.

Who employs the hire?

You do, usually as a full-time contractor. We give you the same agreement and payment setup our own team uses.

Do they work US hours?

Yes. Bogotá and Mexico City sit on US Central time, and Buenos Aires is an hour ahead of Eastern. The hours go in the brief before you meet anyone.

What if none of the three fit?

We keep going at no extra cost. The fee is only charged when someone you chose starts.

Which roles don’t you fill?

We place one seat that matters at a time. We’re not the right fit for a bench of ten by the end of the quarter, or for the lowest hourly rate.

Can they go further with AI?

Yes. We run optional bootcamps on specific tools and workflows, and host monthly workshops in Medellín, streamed for anyone who can’t be in the room. Priced on their own, never bundled into the fee.
